One account, multiple professional contexts

Your MySkillsSpace account is your identity on the platform. You can create a Specialist Profile, join or create specialist teams, and create or join companies without opening separate accounts. Your Specialist Profile remains yours in every context.

    Your personal professional presence: skills, experience, services and visibility settings. Joining a team or a company does not replace it.

  • Teams

    Groups of specialists who offer services together. Join one when invited or by asking an open team, or create your own once your profile is at least 90% complete.

    Organizations with their own profile and workspace. Create one, or join when its owner or an admin invites you. Your role there decides what you can do.

Two kinds of contact, always told apart

Everything an employer can do reaches you as one of two things, and you always know which.

A message

Someone writes about a service you published. It is a conversation and nothing more: no process, no assessments, no timer.

A recruitment invitation

A company asks you into a defined process: the role, terms, a message, the stages ahead and any assessments. It waits for your answer for 30 days.

A conversation never turns into a recruitment by itself. Only an invitation you accept does.

Accepting is a decision, so the invitation shows the whole picture first.

Accepting starts the process. It never starts an assessment; you press start yourself, when you are ready.

  • Who is asking: the company, the person inviting you on its behalf and the position
  • Every stage of the process, in order, with what happens in each
  • Each assessment, required or optional, with its length
  • Who sees your results, and that they never reach your public profile
  • That integrity signals go to a reviewer and never reject anyone
  • The deadline, and that you can withdraw at any point

Your process, in the open

One page shows where you are, what comes next and everything that happened.

  1. The current stage

    Named by the company: skills check, portfolio review, interview, offer. You always see which one you are in, what comes next and which stages are optional.

  2. Your timeline

    Accepted, started, completed, moved: your own history of the process. Internal company notes are never on it.

  3. The way out

    Withdraw at any point, with an optional message. It ends the process as withdrawn, never as a rejection, and the company hears it at once.

Skills you proved once count again

A verified skill on your profile can satisfy a requirement without a retake, when the company allows it: public verifications count at once, private ones with your own click. Assessment results stay inside the process; verified skills appear publicly only when you switch them on.

You set the visibility

Publishing does not mean exposing. Every detail has a switch, and the important ones default to closed.

  • Public, identity hidden or companies only

    You decide which details are shown, and to whom, field by field. Companies only means people who recruit on behalf of a company.

  • Contact stays protected

    Your full contact details stay hidden until you open a conversation or accept an invitation.

  • Results are not public

    Recruitment results are visible to you and to authorized members of the company running the process. Nothing lands on your profile without you.

  • Free, without ads

    Publishing a profile costs nothing, and no paywall stands between you and an invitation.

Frequent questions

Can an employer start a recruitment without asking me?

No. A process begins only when you accept an invitation. A message stays a message.

Does opening an invitation commit me to anything?

No. Reading it, and even asking a question in the thread, commits you to nothing. Only Accept starts the process.

What happens if I decline or withdraw?

Declining ends the invitation and the company hears your answer. Withdrawing later ends the process as withdrawn, never as rejected. Both retire any pending assessments.

Who sees my assessment results?

You and the authorized members of the company running that process. Results never appear on your public profile unless you turn a verified skill on yourself.

Can I see the company's notes about me?

No, and the company cannot see yours. Internal notes and decision reasons stay on the company side; you always read the outcome.

Does it cost anything?

No. Publishing, messages, invitations and assessments are free for specialists.

Can I also run a company or work in a team?

Yes. You use one MySkillsSpace account. Your Specialist Profile is your personal professional presence, while team and company memberships are separate contexts. You can use them at the same time.
