MySkillsSpace is growing beyond the browser. We are building apps for iOS and Android

The mobile app is being built as an extension of the existing platform, not as a separate product beside it. The goal is to keep one account, the same data and consistent processes regardless of the device.

The mobile interface is not a simple copy of the web version. It is designed around how people actually use a phone, so profiles, activity, messages and account management remain comfortable on a smaller screen.

At the same time, we are improving search and filtering. Different categories of specialists and services need different criteria, so we are moving away from one universal set of filters.

We are introducing filters dedicated to individual categories, so users see criteria that match what they are actually looking for. The information that matters when searching for a developer is different from what matters for a photographer, designer, teacher or local service.

We are also introducing a series of smaller improvements across the signed-in area. The focus is on clearer screens, simpler navigation, better presentation of information and fewer unnecessary steps.

Not every update needs to be a new module. Some of the most important work is improving existing parts of the product so everyday use becomes faster and more natural.

Work on the mobile app does not stop development of the web platform. We are building both in parallel and treating them as two ways to use the same MySkillsSpace.

Profiles, skills, contacts and activity stay connected. What changes is the way users access the platform and the interface adapted to each device.
