We are launching MySkillsSpace - a platform where specialists can showcase their skills, experience, portfolio and services, while employers and people looking for specific expertise can discover them more easily.
Contact on MySkillsSpace does not have to mean recruitment. You can start with a normal message and, when there is a real hiring process, send a formal invitation with stages, competency assessments, clear candidate consent and one shared history.
On Friday, 4 September, we will release the first version of our competency verification system. We want to take the next step from declaring skills to actually confirming them, without reducing a person to a single number.
As announced, Specialist Teams are now available. Specialists can create their own teams, invite other users, build a shared public profile and publish team services alongside their individual offers.
We are finishing work on Specialist Teams - a new MySkillsSpace feature that will let several specialists combine their expertise, build a shared team profile and offer professional services together. If the final tests go as planned, the feature will be available this Sunday, August 30.
